About Me
Since 2010, I have my own practice, specializing in team coaching and business mediation.
With a 17-year background in international banking and law firms, I have developed a to-the-point approach that resonates well with busy professionals who have little time to spare.
My approach in mediation is clear and direct in order to help parties identify at an early stage what they want to get out of the mediation and focus on practical solutions. Along I will test and probe with sensitivity. I will flex my style according tot the needs of participants and the mediation, working highly effectively with the parties and their advisors. At the same time, I will keep parties focused on the issues at stake with a solution-focused approach and keep up momentum to find a solution satisfactory to all.
My goal is to create an environment where all parties feel at ease, while offering clarity and a sense of resolution that empowers people to move forward.
To exchange insights and best practices with colleagues, I take part in two peer supervision groups and I am an active member (and former boardmember) of various mediation associations.
Accreditation
In 2010, I completed the Mediation Training for Managers and Professionals, followed by Workplace Mediation. For futher professional qualifications and career history, please click here.
As a certified mediator, I am registered with the Mediators Federation of the Netherlands (MFN), ensuring compliance with strict training and quality standards. Like all registered mediators, I am also subject to professional disciplinary regulations.
Additionally, I am registered with NOBCO (Dutch Association of Professional Coaches)/EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Counsel). I work in accordance with the International Code of Ethics and I support the Diversity Statement of EMCC.
