Vergroesen Mediation

Since 2010, Vergroesen Mediation has been reestablishing dialogue between alienated parties, such as colleagues and partnerships. Always within a limited timeframe, along with a clear and solution focused approach; a satisfactory and clear result to all can generally be found in 2 or 3 meetings.

Workplace and employment mediation

Workplace mediation will help to open up the lines of communication between the parties to a dispute or disagreement, thus preventing or ending escalation, costs and additional stress.

The objective of mediation is to reach a mutually acceptable solution for parties in conflict. It allows both (or all) sides to put forward their point of view in a way that is constructive and focused on resolving the dispute. In a confidential setting that will preserve the good reputation of those involved.

Gabriëlle Vergroesen: an experienced MfN mediator

As an experienced and certified MfN mediator (and lawyer), I have been mediating disputes between parties from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, beliefs and diversities.

With a 17-year background in international banking and law firms, I have developed a to-the-point approach that resonates well with professionals who have little time to spare. I will keep parties focused on the issues at stake and keep up momentum, while making sure that parties involved feel heard and supported throughout the process.
